Total Canvas Hire-A-Tarp - Perth

A mate and i needed to get a rock guards made up for a trip along GRR. After the original OEM came back with ridiculous lead times, I did a drawing and call several canvas places to make this up for me, all of them turned me away until Total Canvas.The team did the work on these two guards well within my timeframes! Not only were they completed in time, they were done really well. One of the units was missing a bungee cord, but on returning to Total Canvas, it was rectified right away.Would recommend and return to these guys again for future work!

Very poor service. I waited a week for my scheduled booking and was told it would be completed in the same day as the booking date a Tuesday. They said it is only a bimini and was a very fast and easy make...So i made other scheduled booking for Thursday for painting. I called Total canvas on Wednesday and was informed they had just started but in the next breath they said that they did not have the materials and would have to go get them. So i informed them this was not a good way to do business. I said don't do anything as i had to pick up my boat as it was scheduled for painting on Thursday and I could not not reschedule the painters or give a short notice to postpone painting as a paint booth had been secured for that day.On the initial call they did not even seem to know what I was talking about just like when I took the boat there on the Tuesday they had forgotten the booking as they had not recorded anything.I would not recommend this company for any type of service. I cannot comment on their product because I did not get my job done.

We got a quote off Jayson at Total Canvas for a cover for our boat. Their quote was competive and covered what we needed. We gave Jayson a formal order to proceed on the 27th of October. He said he was finishing off a job and he couldn't start ours till mid November. We said that is fine. Today (26th of November) we were told he cant look at it until January.

Heading been to 3 other canvas businesses around Perth who told me they could not do the job for weeks all we are going to charge me much more than seemed reasonable. I called into total canvas and they said they could do the job within a week. Replacing three zips. Before I could get in the car Rob came out and said that he could do it straight away if I was prepared to wait. It was also the best price. Robert was also the only one that gave me the advice on how to re-waterproof the canvas.I highly recommend these guys.

Great craftsmanship at a reasonable price initially. later on.... The owner is slightly indifferent and simply doesn't know how to take notes or deal with customer requirements.

Stopped in for a quick fix, Jayson dropped everything to help me out! Sorted the issue out there and then! Great work, thanks Jayson!
